After her career as an SAP specialist, she has always helped her clients to get the most out of their business. And she continues to do so, only now with a focus on the working person. That is why she first successfully completed a postgraduate training as a mindfulness trainer and then founded Find Inside yourSelf.

Born pioneer, first academic person in her family, first woman with a third Dan Tendoryu Aikido in the Netherlands and Belgium, born in 1971 and raised in the Eifel (Germany). She loves acoustic live music & Japanese and Thai food.
